same data collection habits as its owner. One thing that is a cause of concern for new users is the requirement to use your phone number. It seems that WhatsApp uses your phone number only for verification. If for some reason, you can not use your phone number, there are still ways to verify the application. This tutorial will show you how to verify WhatsApp without that phone number.

Use WhatsApp without using your phone number

When installing WhatsApp first, you are received with a telephone check screen. This screen requests your phone number and country. WhatsApp will send a code to your phone. If you are registering on the device with the phone number that is being used for verification, WhatsApp will automatically pick it up and verify your phone.

If you do not automatically collect the SMS, you can simply enter the code in the application and be registered. It is a simple system that works well, although sometimes it can be inconvenient.

There are four easy ways to register WhatsApp without using your phone number; You can use an online SMS service, a landline, Google Voice or Skype, or a public telephone or another person.

SMS online

There are hundreds of SMS websites on the Internet today. It is easy to find an online SMS provider and use that number to verify WhatsApp. If you have a Skype number and a Skype credit, you could also use it. Texport is a great example and provides a reliable service that allows you to send up to three texts and receive unlimited texts during each free session. Simply add the number provided on the WhatsApp verification screen and hold an eye on the website. The WHATSAPP verification code must arrive within a minute or two.Once you do it, enter the code and the application must verify.

Landline

If you have a fixed phone and do not mind giving that number, that should also work. Depending on where you live, your phone provider must have a system that reads an SMS on your normal landline. This method will obviously depend on your operator, but most will have it since it is an accessibility feature.

Select the country within WhatsApp and be sure to delete the "0" leader of your phone number. WhatsApp will automatically add your country code and be ready. You must receive a call that talks about the code. Enter that code in the application and is registered.

Alternatively, you can use WhatsApp's deformation verification that involves a phone call. This is a good option if you have a fixed phone that the OES does not have the aforementioned accessibility features. Have the application send the verification to your landline number and wait a while. Then, select the option to receive a call. An automated system will call and speak a code. Enter the code in the application and verify. WhatsApp should accept the code and then you are ready!

Google Voice or Skype

Both Google Voice and Skype provide virtual numbers, which you can use online to call within the respective networks and break them to call a mobile phone or fixed. If you already have this, it is a quick and easy way to register WhatsApp without your phone number.

The process is the same as for previous fixed lines. Establish your country code within WhatsApp and delete the "0" leader of your Google or Skype number. Open the respective telephone application and wait for SMS to arrive. Enter the code on WhatsApp and is verified.

I registered my copy of WhatsApp many years ago with a Skype number and worked perfectly. Be patient, since it took a minute or two so that the number arrives, but when an immediate verification was performed.

Use a payphone

If you still have payphones where you are, you can use the number from there to register with WhatsApp. Using the same delay option you would use with a landline, you can enter the public phone number, wait for SMS verification to fail, and then choose to receive a call.

It would not be good to do this somewhere busy, since you may wait up to ten minutes so that SMS Verification fails and the option calls you to appear on WhatsApp. Once you do it, enter the number of public telephones, accept the call, use the six-digit code and verify. If there is no public telephone, you could use any phone number with which you have access with the same result.

Those are the ways I know to verify WhatsApp without using your phone number. Know any other that works? Tell us about them below if you do it!
